I'm a nice guy whose looking to find a suitable roommate for the time being. I'm quiet and very responsible (i.e the rent is always paid on time). I like/think it's fair to share the responsibilities of keeping a place nice and clean with my roommates. I don't mind if my roommate has friends over; however, all that I would ask is that the noise level is kept to a minimum during late hours so I can sleep. Aside from that I'm very easy to live with.
