Fully furnished with double bed, walk-in closet, dresser, desk. Full bathroom that would be exclusively yours. Hallway leading to the room has a pull out door that allows you to have full privacy. You can use all dishes, cookware, etc., no need to bring anything. There's a washer/dryer, enclosed back patio, & small community pool directly behind the house. I'm a medical student with varied hours. Looking for someone quiet, friendly, responsible. Price includes all utilities. Cats are welcome! :)
