I just bought a brand new townhouse in Las Vegas (NW - outside of Summerlin) over 1400 sq. ft, 2 bd, 2 bth + loft and use it only for visits to Las Vegas. So most of the time, the place is lonely and I want to rent out both rooms. Each roommate will have his/her own bedroom & bathroom. I will use the loft when I visit.
