The room is a good size 13 ft X 13.5 ft with two windows. The apt is really nice. There is an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room is a good size too with a nice non-working fireplace. There is a small mud-room with a closet for extra storage. There is no closet in the room for rent, but right outside the room in the hallway there is one nice sized one all for you!
