Summary

I am a 53 yr old gainfully employed female who is looking to rent 1 or 2 bedrooms with at least 1 private bathroom in a single family home with my 16 year old daughter. I am having a very difficult time finding an apartment due to affordability and availability in this area. Kitchen privileges are a must. We are clean, considerate and quiet and are looking for a similar type of environment. We would also prefer to live with another single mother or an older professional female.
