I am looking for a room to rent with someone who is clean and respectful. I have a fulltime job which I often work overtime at and will rarely be home except in the evening. I enjoy having friends over, but rarely have the time so it would be infrequent. I am laid back and relaxed, I enjoy having a good time, but place great importance on mutual respect. I am a smoker, but will only smoke outdoors and am very clean about it.
