Single mom of 10 year-old boy w/small dog (approx 20 lbs) looking for room to rent from somebody w/other dog(s). I work full time at PCC w/steady income. Some storage room would be great, but not necessary. Short or long term is okay. Looking from Monrovia area all the way out to Shadow Hills area.
