I have a 2 bed 1 bath house, all appliances included. I have 2 smalls dogs- no other pets allowed. Rent includes everything- you pay $600/m I can send pictures of everything. You would have the bedroom and two closets that are 100% your space. The room already has a mattress (not great but does the job) and boxspring.
