I am a 43 yr old female, working professional. Seeking a single/unfurnished bedroom (in house) to rent, along with house privileges. I would prefer another female (gay friendly)roomie. I am able to pay $400 per/month, to include utilities. I have a 2 yr old terrier-mix, male dog(30 lbs.) He is very sweet and a little hyper but house broken and a good boy :) I am a non-smoker, occasionally drink beer or wine, and I am very respectful to whomever I live with. Looking for a calm place to be.
