Summary

I'm a recording artist (www.tobymadigan.com) who is in town to do shows for a few months. I am subletting my place in Los Angeles for now, would like to find a decent, cheap, fairly quiet room to rent in NYC. I will be out of town a lot, but still willing to pay a year lease type thing. I am pretty quiet, no drugs or alcohol problems, no smoking, but I don't care if you do outside or whatever. Small space ok. Not very picky, would be nice to be near a park as I like to sit and write songs
