About this household

My apartment is located in the Village Apartments (the newer ones). It is a 2 bed, 1 bath. I have one room for rent. Rent is $795, but it is me as well as my boyfriend living here so between 3 people it will be $265. Water, plumbing, and trash is included in rent. Power is usually around or under $100. Wifi is around $50-$60. I do have a cat, she is kinda crazy. She just seems like she’s on drugs 24/7, but i promise you she’s not. It’s pretty spacious and very nice. Message me for more info :)
