I'm a 21 year old student that’s transferring to CSULB in the fall. I'm very responsible and will always have rent. I'm very friendly and find it easy to find the good in anyone. I’m looking for an all girls apartment in a not-so-shady part of Long Beach. I would like my own room but I am willing share a bathroom with someone else. I’m pretty clean and will pitch in to help with housework. Since my home is 45 mins away from school, I will probably be going home most weekends.
