My husband and I bought a house 10 minutes from the front gate of Fort Leonardwood. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs that we don’t use. We have decided to rent one out to the right person. We have no preference over male or female. We both work and have animals so whoever decides to rent has to be ok with animals in the house. The dogs are kept in the basement 2 stories below the room for rent so it shouldn’t be a problem. Husband is military and I am a 911 operator so prefer quiet.
