I'm a single parent of a two year old boy. I'm also a student and I work part time at a counseling center. I'm looking for a female roommate(s) who either don't mind living with kids, or have kids of their own. I don't want to live with any partiers. I can afford up to 700 a month but I would prefer something closer to 500 (good luck finding that in the bay area, I know!). My son and I can share a room, but the more space the better.
