Heterosexual male-would prefer a female roommate but it is not mandatory and I am 100% respectful-just a prefererence. I am a business consultant looking and I am looking for my own place in Miami-Brickell/M. Beach. Moving back to Miami (in Georgia now). I keep to myself and I am not really looking for a long term rental but if the situation is a blessing I would consider a longer stay if there is a mutual respect and comfort level.
