This is a great, quiet location near the Brea Mall, CSUF, the gym, etc. I work Mon-Friday 3pm-11pm so those with a morning/afternoon work shift may enjoy the privacy. I have a small, non-destructive/non barking dog. I need someone I can depend on and that will respect the house. Other than that I'm very easy to get along with.
