About this household

Honestly its pretty simple, my other roommate moved out since he finished school and is going to Houston. I'm still studying and need someone to split the rent and other things with. I am fairly quiet and I wear headphones most of the time so noise isn't a problem. Place had a small gym, a pool, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Kitchen is a little small but big enough for 2 people. Space will be shared equally I'm not stingy or anything as long as we respect each others things.
