I am an outgoing person who is fairly neat and clean. I don't make to much of a mess nor do I take up much space. I am looking for someone who is linient, helpful, kind and not tooo demanding. I will possibly have friends/bf over if allowed. Reimbursments for things used (food, disposable items and such) will be paid back if used by 3rd party.
