About this household

We would like a third roommate who is a kind and creative person, who is financially stable, and doesn’t have pets. We are looking for someone to rent a room for 6 months at a flat rate of $650. This flat rate will include Internet access, ALL utilities, yard maintenance, and house maintenance. There will be a $200 non-refundable deposit. Our interview process looks for references, if you vibe with us, proof of income, and initial payment up front. We ask you allow time for a response from us.
