I'm looking to get out of the student dorms as quickly as possible. I would like a private room, but can negotiate, laundry to be available on site, and for roommates my only preference is someone who doesn't take in charity cases or allow people to simple live in the home rent free. It's fine to have friends, but our home decisions such as who is living there needs to be discussed together.
