300 a month for everything except food of course I have 1 cat so must be pet friendly No drugs (weed is ok) Im 27 and single Might have a friend over every so often but not much. Over night stay even less likely but possible No big parties Light to moderate drinking ok No illegal activities Can not put down any sort of deposit Some noise at night is ok Anything else please ask
