I am looking for a room for rent in a house or condo. prefer my own bath but optional. Non smoking, light drinking and no drugs. No heavy partying. I work fulltime from 4pm - 12 midnight. I am easy to get along with and fun to be around. Looking for March 1st move in. Prefer not to pay a heavy deposit. Need cable and internet. Male of female, I am straight so prefer the same.
