I have a great place for rent. 100sq foot room for one person in a 3BR apartment on the top floor of a two unit house. Vaulted ceilings in spacious open living/dining room, stainless steel appliances, terrace, central air, washer/dryer in unit. I rent the master suite and my two current roomies are moving in with their significant others and I’ve filled one of the two openings. My neighbor Samantha, 25, Teacher is moving in. You would be sharing a bathroom with her. Friendly, clean, healthy.
