Im renting my second bedroom for 6 months! It’s $400 a month or I can do $350 a month. I know everyone needs a fresh start! I live in a duplex within A cul-de-sac. All rooms are sound proof, you will have a private Bathroom as well and share the living room as well. I just moved back From Texas so everything isn’t perfect! I do have a boyfriend, a full time job, And I’m a college student as well so I’m never really home! All I ask is that the living room is CLEAN rent is paid ON TIME!!
