I have a two bedroom and two bath apartment. Renter will have his or her own bedroom and bathroom. I have two cats and do not prefer to have additional pets. Smoking is okay and renter must be okay with smoking. It's a first floor apartment with a patio. The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. There is a dish washer, garbage disposal, and a laundry facility in the basement. Washing is $1.00 and drying is $1.00 and takes quarters only. Room available ASAP.
