I live in one bedroom home with family room and fireplace so this roomie would need futon or use couch that is fold out bed...has tables and tv in room and basic cable tv phone and probably use own computer as I am on most of the time! could negotiate that though as well. If need be utility payments might be added such as extra for xcel energy like 50.00 at most per month to help out. Have pets so no more are needed here but again would be negotiable. Liberal person as well. I have walk up attic
