I am looking for a single room with bath. Would love to find a homeowner that just needed the extra cash. Will be in this area for at least a year. I travel for my work so I wouldn't be there all the time. Will share housework and tard work. I could also live in with an elderly person that required minimal attention as I wouldn't be there all the time. I could also house sit for seasonal property and clean in exchange for discount on rent. When I'm not at work-I can help with duties-reliable.
