Property is a historic building, very unique. Great location- right off of Lake street 2 blocks from Lake Calhoun. It's a three bedroom, if four people move in, rent would be 350 for the two sharing bigger bedroom, 400 for each with their own bedroom. If three people move in, rent would be 500 each.
