Looking for a roommate or a couple to rent out our spare bedroom in our 2br 2bth apartment here in Hemet. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, complex comes with a 24 hour gym a pool/ jacuzzi and pool hall, we own two dogs a maltese and a 9 month old boxer so we would prefer someone who is a dog person and someone without pets but it is negotiable. We are a quiet couple who doesn't party or drink/smoke. My boyfriend is 24 years old and I am 23. You would have your own full bathroom
