I have 2 rooms to spare in my 3 bedroom 2 full bath duplex that I am renting. I have 2 dogs and a cat, 1 dog and cat are old and lazy and I have a 1 year old that is still getting used to things but is a sweetheart. Washer/dryer heat and kitchen all work great.
