I have a room available in a 2bed 1bath condo in Avon Colorado. A short walk to the mountain bus for easy access. I am quiet clean and respectful and ask that you are the same. The unit comes furnished with laundry in the unit and a parking space is available. You’ll be expected to pay first month last month and a security deposit. Lease starts in august and is for 1 year.
