I'm a 30 year old female looking for a room to rent that is close to where I work, as I don't have a car. I bike everywhere. I work at a pool teaching swimming lessons, lifeguarding, and doing administrative work. I like obnoxious loud music, but I always use headphones, so I'm pretty quiet and tend to be out most of the day anyway. I don't drink or smoke, but I do have a vape. I'm super laid-back and am careful to keep common areas clean. I'd like to move in IMMEDIATELY.
