Have trach in my neck there is no need to worry about. i do need have night attendants coming in at nights if they can. they wont be bothering you at all for sure! they oly take care of me when im asleep. I eat at night only when im asleep and im on vent when im asleep or sick. i dont uuse the vent in day time
