My name is Mark Collins. My job is at the Arc of Anchorage taking care of the mentally challenged as a Direct Service Provider. My life is lived in service to others through selfless compassion. I practice Zen and mindfulness throughout each moment. Practice Yoga, and I am learning Tai Chi and Qui Gong from Master Chia videos. Planning to begin getting Reiki Certifications in February. I don't smoke or drink and I keep my home life private and quiet. I have a cat with no claws as well.
