Very simple. I'm on the first floor of a 55 and older community. Very quiet. 2/2 you get your own bathroom and entrance into the room. I'm very easy going so you will have access to the whole condo if you need it. I don't care. not home too much, oh yrah, washer and dryer is across the hall. awsome place, easy living. I'm so easy to get along with.
