Looking for a room to rent with shared kitchen, bathroom & laundry. Would like rent/utilities to be one lump set sum. Monthly rent amount is possibly negotiable. I would prefer a female my age or older. I have a cat and would like for it to be able to move about. She will be in my room during sleeping hours. I do NOT smoke, drink or use drugs and would prefer someone that's the same. I am a kind, caring person. Mostly keep to self. I am NOT interested in dating anyone!
