This place is old and worn and torn...It is small, and doesn't accommodate well to a lot of belongings. In my spare time I work on fixing it up, when I am done it will be a nice place, though I can only do so much, it will be equivalent to an east side kind of apartment, but small lol...its cozy though. candidate should be patient, place doesnt look like much now, but it is cheap and it will be worth the rent when im done doin everything.
