Hello there, I am a looking for a room to rent for my son and I. I am willing to share up to $500 in rent and half utilities. I am going through a divorce and need a place for my son very soon. I will stay at least a year in order to get back on my feet so my son and I can get our own place. We will be neat and clean during our stay and help out with all chores around the home.
