I'm fresh in the states and a little non-committal on where I'm gonna be living in the next half year, so something month by month is preferred. I'm fine with groups, I don't need much room. I've been around the world for the last eight years and am pretty flexible because of it. I play guitar, but very well, and I can play it quietly. I drink a little, but don't smoke at all. I might bring a girl or two over. I'm organized and clean. Plus I have a masters in cooking, so I can knock socks off.
