My husband and I are renting out our room on the lower level of our ranch style home. This room has access to a washer and dryer, a smaller living room area , and access to the backyard area. My husband is in the U.S Navy and works at the Naval submarine base in Groton and I am a full time student. We are looking for someone trustworthy and clean.
