Summary

I'm relocating to Texas towards the beginning of August and am seeking a roommate with two bedrooms to lease for myself and four year old daughter. I am a non-smoker with no pets, but do not mind either as long as there is no smoking indoors. Understandably, sharing a livingspace with a child does pose certain restrictions as far as what would be considered a "kid friendly" environment so the ideal roommate would not host frequent house parties or be a drug user/alcoholic. That said, I am hoping
