Single bedroom for rent within a single family home, near downtown and in a nice area with close parks. Includes wi-fi, and utilities, not food, but may use kitchen utensils and tools. Bedroom is good sized, plenty of storage, next to second bathroom. Household doesn’t have cable or satellite tv. Home has large fenced in yard. There are 2 small dogs and a cat who live with homeowner, and homeowner has a child as well. Must pass background check, full months’ deposit upfront. Avail August 3.
