I am searching for a female roommate to move in with July 17. I have already placed a hold and safety deposit for a 2 bed 2 bath for Citi on Camelback. Rent in total is roughly $1500, which is roughly 850 per person without aps or WiFi. I have a co-signer but want my roommate to have a co-signer also. I am a graduate social work student, and I am hoping to find a respectful, non-partier, non-smoker, reliable, easy-going, professional roommate.
