39 year old male with a 3 bedroom home in the Bayridge Subdivision in Portland TX.. Quiet cul de sac.. I’m a maritime sailor looking to supplement some income, very clean home, not a party house, No smoking inside my home “Myself included” I don’t have cable but I have plenty of tv apps. Everything included for 600.00 a month. I gave my 6 year old son a couple of times a week but that’s really the only people aside from myself that will be there on a regular basis.
