I have a 2 bedroom 2 .5 bathroom townhome available in South Charlotte in the Ballanytne area. The townhome was built in 1998 and is very up to date and very clean. My roommate would have their own room with a vaulted ceiling, bathroom and walk in closet. I have most of the furniture for the common areas but more furniture is welcome we can make room.
