I am not too particular about who I live with. Any 20 something, guy or girl, is fine. So long as you're awesome. My current lease is up in mid February. I am looking to move either to Seattle or closer to work. (I'm at Microsoft Main Campus) Currently I have an apartment full of stuff that I will need to put in storage or in my new place. So if you have a new place and it is not yet fully furnished that is a bonus. If there is extra room for a couch, big screen, piano, etc. that would be great.
