$500 per month and half the utilities (probably about $100 per month at the most) I am the lease holder and you would be listed as an “occupant”. There is no rental time restriction on you, I would only ask for a 60 day notice if you plan to move out. $500 deposit (1/2 refundable) due at move-in and is available August 21st. 2 BR, 1 BA located in The Meadows apartment complex.
