I own a beautiful large home, 5 bedroom/3 bath in NE Heights... I’m looking for a tenant starting 15-31 Aug. Request 1st and last months rent, and a minimum 6 month lease. I’m very busy I work full-time and spend my free-time and weekends doing community outreach so when I’m home it’s to relax. I am very respectful of peoples space and I’m not loud, and prefer the same in a roomie. Rent includes utilities.
