Our place is located across the street from the beach and takes only a minute walk there. We have a front concrete patio and is a nice place to soak up the sun. The room is located in the rear of the unit and has a (generally) private detached bathroom. The place is fully furnished, has cable and high speed internet. Only trash and water is included with rent. MUST be comfortable with having a large dog around. He is very friendly and will melt your heart. Please no other pets.
