Rent is $400 / month, includes all utilities. Large 14 x 12 ft. hardwood floors, unfurnished, with 10 ft. ceilings. Room is in a 1930 house with original woodwork. Large backyard with private parking. We would share a bathroom. I work second shift full time, ten hour days in the medical field. I am laid-back, no drugs, but like to have a glass of wine or a margarita every other weekend or once a month. Smoke free home. I'm a clean person and pick up after myself.
